Job Description:
- Write and review Feature Request Forms (FRFs) to ensure clarity and testability
- Review and perform initial assessment of PRDs before development and testing
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing cycles to ensure product quality
- Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and follow through to resolution
- Develop and maintain test cases based on requirements and developer inputs
- Conduct demos with Operations teams to support visibility and obtain sign-off
- Maintain post-launch feature tracking and monitor issues after release
- Prepare and update feature manuals and documentation
- Support investigation and resolution of operational issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in QA, testing, or product validation roles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and bug tracking tools is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
