Job Description

Job Description:

Write and review Feature Request Forms (FRFs) to ensure clarity and testability
Review and perform initial assessment of PRDs before development and testing
Plan and execute end-to-end testing cycles to ensure product quality
Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and follow through to resolution
Develop and maintain test cases based on requirements and developer inputs
Conduct demos with Operations teams to support visibility and obtain sign-off
Maintain post-launch feature tracking and monitor issues after release
Prepare and update feature manuals and documentation
Support investigation and resolution of operational issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
1-3 years of experience in QA, testing, or product validation roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Familiarity with testing methodologies and bug tracking tools is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
