- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
- Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Manage procurement documentation, including contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, and warehouse teams for project execution.

College graduate/ Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
PRC license or any equivalent.
1- 2 years experience in purchasing assistant/ staff.
