Role Description

The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, ensuring accurate and timely procurement processes, and maintaining supplier relationships. Key daily tasks include processing purchase orders, sourcing cost-effective suppliers, managing inventory levels, analyzing purchasing data, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bonifacio Global City.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management
• Experience with Purchase Orders and inventory management systems
• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance and optimizing procurement
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (SAP)
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
