About The Job
The primary role is to ensure all financial records are in accordance with company policies, regulations, and accounting standards; and perform daily operations of general accounting within SLA/deadline.
What You'll Do
- Audit and posting of liquidations (travel related).
- Monitoring and processing of RCBC and SBC corporate Credit Cards
- Accrual, audit and posting of RCBC and SBC credit cards liquidations
- Bank posting of transactions, interest income and unrealized forex gain/loss from recon team.
- Fringe Benefit posting
- Provide support on any adhoc jobs that may be assigned time to time.
What You Need To Have
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of financial software (SAP)
- Deadline focused, attention to detail, prioritization.
- Aggressive in pursuing solutions to pending issues.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ownership of end-to-end processes
