Job Description

Purchasing AssociateJoin Our Supply Chain Team!

One Agno Medical Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Associate to support our Supply Chain Department. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the timely procurement, inventory availability, and efficient movement of products that support healthcare facilities throughout our service areas. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics personnel to maintain smooth procurement and inventory operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and other procurement-related documents.
  • Source suppliers and request quotations for products and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
  • Receive, inspect, and prepare stocks for delivery to customers.
  • Prepare invoices and related sales and procurement documentation.
  • Perform price computations for customer requests for quotation, particularly for non-stock and special-order items.
  • Submit requests for payment and supporting documents to the Accounting Department.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, and comfortable working with digital records, reports, and procurement documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Work Location

Calamba City, Laguna
