Job Description

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and terms.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain and update supplier records, price lists, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and timely replenishment.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or defective materials.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Job Qualifications Purchaser

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • At least 13 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in analyzing prices, supplier offers, and product quality
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Trustworthy and reliable in handling confidential information
