Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager at Stemz Healthcare, located in Pasay. The Purchase Manager will oversee procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for organizational operations. Responsibilities include vendor management, developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, monitoring order deliveries, reviewing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Must be from Hospital or Diagnostic industry
• Strong skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement strategies
• Proficiency in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Experience in ensuring compliance, quality control, and adhering to procurement policies and industry standards
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for cost analysis, forecasting, and decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong supplier and vendor relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple priorities
