JOB SUMMARY
The Public Relations Assistant Manager is in-charge of ensuring the creative requirements of the Public Relations unit is effectively and efficiently met at all times. He/She is also in-charge of producing visual materials that can be used in media, print, and special events. He/She uses software and hand-rendering to design products that meet the needs of the section or a specific client, and uses tools which helps manage the section's information database including compiling, storing, and retrieving company information, and monitoring material archive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain Creatives file management system
- Develop and produce presentations, reports, and templates
- Design and produce communications materials in required layout and format per publication and channel
- Attend story conferences and contribute ideas
- Re-echo relevant training and workshop modules to entire team
- Assist with exit interviews where applicable
- Facilitate photo and video shoots as necessary
- Manage the documentation of the presence of the brand and company representatives at events, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Compile and organize corporate branding and asset database
- Manage the creative direction and production of Corporate Communications projects
- Conduct relevant research for Corporate Communications projects
- Implement and manage the production of publicity plans
- Update creative action log to track individual and collective production
- Compile briefs to be distributed to media contacts
- Participate in crisis control simulations and training
- Assist in the execution of Corporate Communication Events
- Assist the point person in crisis events and constantly coordinate with the Emergency Response Team during the same
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Communication Arts, Visual design, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Management, Business, or other similar courses
- With at least four (4) years experience in Administrative Management, Graphic Design, Digital Photography, Database Management, Pre-press Production, and the like
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Good in project management and planning
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Can deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and can communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner
- Confident and a people-person
- Proficient with different computer applications such as Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and the like
