We are currently seeking an Account Manager in the Philippines to further strengthen and expand our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing and sustaining a deep understanding of their business, industry, and market trends.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute strategic communications initiatives across public relations, social media marketing, and owned and earned content channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media, spokespeople, influencers, and other industry professionals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on day-to-day activations, including reviewing work, securing approvals, and monitoring progress to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate media coverage opportunities and manage crisis communications when needed.
- Develop media monitoring and coverage reports, analyzing and valuing media exposure effectively.
- Plan, edit, and write content for various external and internal communications platforms.
- Immerse in the media landscape by monitoring news agendas, analyzing trends, and nurturing media relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by mapping the market and implementing clear business development plans to grow the agency's footprint in the Philippines.
- Prepare and regularly update strong Philippine credentials decks and new business proposals; actively participate in pitching and securing new clients.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Grow and develop the team, supporting the agency's expansion and enhancing the Redhill brand presence in the region.
Who we're looking for:
- Degree or diploma in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
- Strong background in PR and integrated communications.
- 46 years of experience in a PR agency environment
- Proven track record in managing multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a process-driven approach.
- Strong media relations skills, with established connections where possible.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
