Whatyou'lldo & howyou'llmake your mark
- Monitor and review all pending product activations at the start and end of each shift to ensuretimelyprocessing.
- Verify that all pending products are activated or processed within 24 hours of the order.
- Providetimelyand professional customer updates via phone and email, setting clear expectationsregardingproduct activation timelines.
- Follow up with unresponsive customers to obtain necessary information for activation.
- Maintainaccuratedocumentation of product activation errors and resolutions.
- Ensure thatall tickets are responded to or updated within the designated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Respond promptly to queries from the operations team,facilitatingsmooth workflow and coordination.
- Proactively escalate issues and request activation for complex products, such as VPS and relatedadd-ons.
- Coordinate with SSL providers for issuance and verification of SSL certificates,assistingcustomers as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to meet operational needs.
- Conduct all work in alignment with the company's core values, policies, and ethical standards.
- Performadditionalduties assigned by management to support operational efficiency and businessobjectives.
Who you are & whatyou'llneed to succeed.
- Graduate or Undergraduate of any IT-relatedCourse (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Or with BPO/ITexperienceof at least 6 months to 1 year.
- Must have average communicationskills,both verbal and written.
