Job Summary
The Provisioning Specialist (VAS Operations & Service Governance Specialist) supports the operational backbone of TIM's Innovations portfolio by ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of service performance. This role focuses on maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements to enable data-driven decisions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery Support: Track activation timelines and assist in ensuring SLA compliance
- Dashboard Management: Maintain and update operational dashboards for revenue, capacity, and delivery metrics.
- Performance Auditing: Monitor functional and outsourced teams to validate adherence to KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Provide insights on revenue performance and capacity utilization to support scaling decisions.
- Process Improvement: Assist in workflow optimization and automation of data collection/reporting.
- Renewal Tracking: Support timely renewal monitoring and coordination with sales teams.
- Cost Optimization: Help conduct re-rate checks with partner providers for operational savings. • Administrative Documentation: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for provisioning and operational records.
- Rebates: Manage and track rebate opportunities from partner providers to achieve operational savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Studies (Administration/Management)
- At least 1 year of experience as provisioning specialist
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Salary: 25,000 -37,000
