Role Description

This is a Part time Job for a Provincial Head assigned to Bohol. The Provincial Head will oversee daily operations, manage business development activities, and ensure the attainment of key performance targets within the region. Responsibilities include leading a team, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, monitoring sales and market trends, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies. Additionally, the Provincial Head will ensure compliance with company policies and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising teams and motivating staff
• Sales, business development, and market analysis expertise
• Organizational and budget management capabilities
• Communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in automotive industry practices or prior experience in transportation-related sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Resident in the province of Bohol is required but open to Cebu applicants
• Preferably with experience in negotiating with transport cooperatives
