Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Specialist focused on managing and marketing and luxury real estate properties and residential assets. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals. You will also provide professional advice to clients, identify new opportunities, and close sales to contribute to achieving overall business targets.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication Skills
• Knowledge and experience in Luxury Residential Real Estate markets
• Sales ability with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in market research and analysis for identifying opportunities and trends
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
