Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Specialist role based in Cebu. The Property Specialist will focus on generating sales for assigned residential projects, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service throughout the buyer's journey. Responsibilities include conducting property presentations, addressing client inquiries, managing transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient process. The role will also involve maintaining a strong knowledge of company projects, market trends, and competitors to support sales and marketing strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing expertise, with experience in property sales being an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and relationship-building ability
• Proficiency in client engagement, presentation, and negotiation
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage transactions and handle client needs efficiently
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and familiarity with property-related regulations are beneficial
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to work on-site in Cebu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
