Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cebu Property Specialist at Shang Properties, Inc. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing property information, facilitating property tours, and assisting in sales transactions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge of the Cebu real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
