Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Experience in Sales, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Relevant experience or knowledge in the Philippine real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
