Property Specialist - Ayala Land Premier

The Property Specialist at Ayala Land Premier will be responsible for selling and marketing premier residential real estate projects to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, conducting property viewings and presentations, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati, offering the opportunity to represent a prestigious real estate brand in the Philippines.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets to guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and experience in achieving targets and building a client base.
• Highly motivated, professional, and results-driven personality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
