Job Summary
The Property Specialist is responsible for marketing and selling residential units at The Velaris Residences, a premier luxury development. The role focuses on client acquisition, property presentations, and closing sales while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service aligned with the brand's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential condominium units of The Velaris Residences
Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, digital platforms, and events
Conduct property presentations, site viewings, and virtual tours
Assist clients throughout the sales process, from inquiry to closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Prepare sales documentation and coordinate with internal departments
Stay updated on project features, pricing, payment terms, and market trends
Participate in sales events, open houses, and property exhibitions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 72 college units completed
Fresh grads welcome
Real estate experience is a PLUS
Basic knowledge of digital & social media marketing
Good communication skills (English & Tagalog)
Flexible schedule (willing to do booth manning)
