Role Description

The role involves promoting and selling residential real estate properties, building relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential buyers, conducting property consultations, and meeting sales quotas. The Property Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and represent the company in marketing its premier developments.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle client inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets, trends, and property details is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
• NO EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE ARE WELCOMED!
