Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Premier Property Specialist, located in Metro Manila. The role involves promoting and selling Ayala Land Premier properties to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyers, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include market research, identifying client needs, providing property tours, and assisting clients through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs
• Knowledge of market research, property trends, and real estate sales strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is an advantage
