Role Description

The Property Specialist is a full-time on-site position based in Taguig. The role involves promoting residential properties, assisting clients in finding properties that suit their needs, providing outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Property Specialist will also conduct market research, implement sales strategies, and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries
• Knowledge or experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional organizational and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience in property sales and leasing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is highly preferred
