This is a full-time on-site Property Specialist role located in Quezon City. The Property Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and handling sales and leasing activities for commercial and residential properties.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Sales experience
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of property management principles
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
