Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Cebu. The Property Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including promoting and selling residential properties, providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients throughout the buying process. The role requires a proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries.
• Knowledge and experience in Residential Real Estate.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to build lasting professional relationships and provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Cebu real estate market is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be based in Cebu
