Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Cebu. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting SPI's residential real estate properties, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting property presentations, and assisting clients in identifying the best property to meet their needs. Collaboration with the sales team and staying informed about market trends will also be essential to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Knowledge of Cebu's real estate market and trends is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
