Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, focused on promoting and selling Ayala Land Premier developments to prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, site viewings, and client consultations, and providing detailed information on project features, pricing, and payment options. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and guiding clients through the reservation and documentation process. The Property Specialist collaborates with internal teams for marketing initiatives, attends events and open houses, and prepares regular sales reports and market feedback to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional correspondence.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering a positive buying experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Makati, manage multiple clients and tasks, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for presentations and documentation is an advantage.
