Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with opportunities to work remotely on certain days. As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury residential and commercial properties under Ayala Land Premier. Your day-to-day tasks include client relationship management, lead generation, property presentations, and guiding clients through the sales process. You will actively participate in sales events, networking opportunities, and market research to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional support
• Knowledge and experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate markets are advantages
• Proven Sales expertise, including negotiation and closing skills

• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
