The Property Specialist role at Ayala Land Premier is a full-time position located in Makati, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Property Specialist will be responsible for selling and managing premier residential and commercial real estate properties. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, identifying market opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to meet targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent service
• Deep understanding of both Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets, with the ability to advise clients on investments
• Proven experience and expertise in Sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Industry certifications and a valid real estate license are advantageous
• Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and willingness to work onsite in Makati
