Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Makati for a Property Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying residential and commercial properties, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relations. The Property Specialist will analyze market trends, showcase properties, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire property purchasing or leasing process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills (including the ability to effectively engage with clients and address their needs)
• Skills in Sales and property negotiation with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred or with atleast 72 units completed in tertiary education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage

Compensations

• Up to 40,000 monthly operating fund
• 2.5-5% Commission per unit sold
• Per Unit Incentives (up to Php 250,000)
• Performance Incentives
• Annual and Semi-Annual Bonuses
