Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Makati, offers a blend of office-based and remote work opportunities. As a Property Specialist, you will drive the sales and promotion of Alveo Land's residential and commercial real estate properties. Core responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating property viewings, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets. You will also act as a trusted adviser by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored solutions to meet their property needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and provide excellent service
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate, with an understanding of market trends and property transactions
- Sales expertise, including prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, contributing both remotely and on-site in Makati
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
