This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Property Specialist will be responsible for selling residential and commercial real estate properties, managing client relationships, and providing high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting property offerings, coordinating visits to properties, and negotiating sales agreements. The role requires active engagement with potential customers and seamless collaboration with the sales team to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, including market trends and customer preferences
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and organized to successfully achieve sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to build long-term client relationships
• Previous experience in property sales or real estate is a plus
• Relevant education in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
