Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and facilitating both commercial and residential property deals. Day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with clients, understanding their property needs, conducting site visits, and closing sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus
