Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Property Specialist role based in Cagayan De Oro City. The Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying or leasing commercial and residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, providing exceptional customer service, showcasing property options, conducting site visits, and negotiating contracts to finalize deals. The employee will develop strong client relationships while staying updated on market trends and property developments.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and present property details effectively.
• Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate markets, including property trends and regulations.
• Proven experience in sales with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required.
