Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Ensure timely endorsement, monitoring and compliance of documents needed for Title transfer. Coordinates with Vendors and/or Bureau of Internal Revenue for the timely release of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receive, process and endorse requests for Certified True Copies (CTC) of Title and TD under Developer's name (UDN) to Third Party External Service Providers (TPSPs)

2. Monitor and follow up to ensure timely release of CTC copies with TPSPs

3. Handle the endorsement of documents to the concerned department for BIR docket collation

4. Actively track and follow up with TPSPs regarding accounts endorsed to BIR for CAR issuance.

5. Coordination with TPSPs regarding status and compliance of accounts with findings or lacking documents to BIR.

6. Endorse docket to BIR for accounts under In-house processing

7. Handle and assist in the negotiations with BIR for RDOs under In-house processing

8. Actively track and follow up directly with BIR contacts/ partners on accounts endorsed for CAR issuance under in-house processing

9. Receive and pick-up available CARs directly from BIR for RDOs under In-house processing

10. Manage and maintain the Master file for SHDC & ICDC BIR Report

11. Perform additional tasks or special projects related to the role and position within the department.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or its equivalent.

2. Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in the same function or any work experience in real estate company

3. Possesses good oral and written communication skills.

4. Proficient in SAP and MS office application (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

5. Must be focused, driven and team player.

6. Organized and keen into details

7. With Coordination and problem-solving skills

8. Results-oriented and with ability to work under pressure / minimum supervision.

9. With good moral character and interpersonal skills.

10. Willing to work overtime, as needed.
