Job Title: Property Operations & Support Associate

About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Operations & Support Associate to support short-term rental properties across multiple booking platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and accurate, well-managed property listings.
This role is with a UK-based short-term rental and property management company managing a growing portfolio of properties across the UK and Dubai, operating on leading short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
This is a fully remote role from the Philippines and operates on rotational shifts to support a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chat-based customer support and manage ongoing guest communication across short-term rental platforms
- Manage, update, and optimise property listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and images
- Handle booking-related queries, cancellations, and issue resolution in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth property operations
- Handle insurance claims filed through Airbnb and similar platforms, coordinating documentation and follow-ups as required
- Conduct basic pricing analysis and support revenue optimisation initiatives
- Track operational performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Ensure platform compliance and maintain service quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working with Airbnb, Booking.com, or short-let property support
- Experience in property operations, short-term rentals, hospitality, or platform-based support roles
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Strong written English and clear communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and operational tools
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently Soft Skills
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with a calm, guest-first approach
- Strong intuition to anticipate issues and act proactively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented, organised, and self-driven
Work Arrangement
- This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines
- The role follows a 5-day work week, with rotational shifts in terms of working hours and working days, including weekends, to support a global customer base
- Stable and reliable internet connection suitable for remote work is required
