Job Description

Lead, Manage and Make People Accountable including TPC (LMA) (R)

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for property management to achieve organizational goals and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Establish performance metrics, conduct regular performance evaluations, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and outcomes

Customer Service Delivery (A)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, responding promptly to inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, scheduling and overseeing property inspections and maintenance activities
  • Continuously seek feedback from tenants and owners, analyze service delivery processes, and implement improvements to enhance overall customer service

Remarkable Customer Experience (RCX) (A)

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants by organizing community events and activities, enhancing the overall living or working environment, and ensuring a remarkable customer experience
  • Implement initiatives to improve the living or working environment of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing
  • Gather and analyze tenant feedback to identify areas for improvement, developing and executing action plans based on feedback to enhance the customer experience

Reports (R)

  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status to stakeholders, providing transparency and insights into property management operations
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using data to inform strategic decisions and improve property management practices
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, investors, and senior management through detailed reports, ensuring they are informed about property management operations and performance

Fund Management (A)

  • Develop and manage property budgets, monitor and control expenditures, and oversee rent collection and financial transactions to ensure efficient fund management and financial stability
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping, providing regular financial statements and updates to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to optimize property income and reduce expenses, providing recommendations for capital improvements and investments to enhance property value

Policy Making

  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Regularly review and update policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness, engaging stakeholders in the policy-making process to gather input and ensure buy-in
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of policies across all properties, providing training and guidance to staff on policy implementation and compliance
