Gather and analyze tenant feedback to identify areas for improvement, developing and executing action plans based on feedback to enhance the customer experience

Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status to stakeholders, providing transparency and insights into property management operations

Communicate effectively with property owners, investors, and senior management through detailed reports, ensuring they are informed about property management operations and performance
Fund Management (A)
Develop and manage property budgets, monitor and control expenditures, and oversee rent collection and financial transactions to ensure efficient fund management and financial stability
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping, providing regular financial statements and updates to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to optimize property income and reduce expenses, providing recommendations for capital improvements and investments to enhance property value
Policy Making
Develop and implement property management policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices
Regularly review and update policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness, engaging stakeholders in the policy-making process to gather input and ensure buy-in
