The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial
performance of assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximizing property
value, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role
requires a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent leadership
skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors,
and owners.
- At least three (3) years working experience in the related field, preferably Assistant
Manager/Managers specializing in Property or Estate or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree, Professional License
(Passed Board/ Bar), Property development / Real estate management, Finance/
Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration / Management, Economics,
Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent.
