Property Management Specialist

Trace Global D, Sister company of Tuason Racing Manages Commercial, Residential, and Dormitory properties in BGC, Paranaque, Muntinlupa, and Las Pinas.

We are hiring a Property Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations and performance of our properties.

About the Role

If you are organized, financially aware, and strong with tenants and operations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property-level performance (P&L awareness)
• Ensure accurate billing and strong collections
• Monitor occupancy and leasing status
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate repairs and vendors
• Handle tenant concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Supervise onsite officers
• Submit monthly performance reports

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management or a similar role

Required Skills

• Comfortable handling billing, collections, and basic financial reports
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to manage both people and property operations
