JOB SUMMARY
The Property Management Associate shall organize and maintain all Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units. He is responsible for monitoring, coordination, and implementation of village maintenance works.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- In charge of monitoring and maintenance of projects, including security personnel and equipment, and attend to various works related to its building improvements and repairs.
- Monitor the maintenance and upkeep activities of the project, including the guardhouse, clubhouse, landscape and faade.
- Monitor water and electrical facilities of the subdivision and attend to its repair and improvements, if needed.
- In charge of grass cutting activities by in-house or outsource contractor and ensure correct and timely billing of grass cutting transactions.
- Monitor all saleable lots and open spaces.
- Prepare all reports and documents pertaining to facilities and amenities.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of any engineering or business-related course
Experience: At least one (1) year of work experience related to Property Management / QA/QC / Construction
Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Preferably with driving skills and a valid driver's license
