Job description:

  • Work with the Head of HR and coordinate with the corporate unit to develop and improve company policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Assist property operations in maintaining a high level of employee performance and engagement
  • Executes the smooth implementation of new policies and may assist in communicating company-wide policy changes and updates
  • Assists and advises company managers and process owners on employee-related and Human Resources issues
  • Assist in planning and implementation of retention initiatives and attrition management
  • Responsibilities include HR Project Management, report development, and being adept in Labor Related matters
  • Performs as primary HR liaison for the business and the other HR-related functional areas
  • Conduct manpower planning sessions to help the organization plan, forecast, and manage headcount and compensation expenses
  • Communicate proactively with the Talent Acquisition Team about projected changes in the business, staffing needs, skill set, competency focus, etc.
  • Front-line resource for handling all people-related issues within the property operations unit
  • Report issues that affect employee morale to leaders and act as part of the team to address these issues
  • Cascade or conduct training programs and orientations to employees both in operations and back of the house

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, organizational studies, business management/administration, or any related field
  • Excellent knowledge in compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in HR Generalist functions, Employee Relations, and other related HR functions
  • Willing to relocate in an exclusive property (Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges)
