Job Description

Job Summary

The position is a key player in HI's Property Business. As Vice President for Property, the incumbent will have a responsible role in properties owned by HI and will work for the achievement of the organization's strategic goal of building a portfolio of properties to generate recurring income for the Company. In simple terms, the incumbent position is responsible for the direct management of company-owned commercial properties with the goal of maximizing asset value, effective lease and tenant management, customer satisfaction and profitability. The incumbent will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer in the development and management of property-related investments and in the achievement of results as detailed below.

How will you contribute

Property Development

Support the COO/CFO in the development of property-related businesses. In her absence, take the lead in related discussions and drive quality results.

Act as Owner's Rep in development projects and management of properties.

Develop in-depth knowledge of projects being undertaken.

Represent HI in external activities.

Gather and assess financial and market information, identify strengths and market opportunities, and develop business cases, as needed.

Work with the Financial Planning Analyst and the Finance team on project financial studies.

Develop business strategies and implement when approved.

Prepare business presentations and recommendations.

Review and negotiate contracts and protect the interests of HI.

Where a new property-related investment is to be entered via a JV or an acquisition, support M&A activities such as due diligence exercises, legal and regulatory approvals, and/or implementation issues.

ATYC

As General Manager of ATYC

Act as the owner's representative and oversee all property management-related matters, including representing HI in ensuring the property is well-maintained.

Responsible for achieving budgets and ensuring the property achieves profit targets.

Handle leasing activities, tenant relations, and contract management to address the desired occupancy goals.

SLR

As General Manager of SLR

Responsible for the achievement of Leasing results.

Work with Consultants on market messaging, marketing collaterals, and budget, liaising on marketing activities, monitoring leasing performance, and attend to Lease Agreements.

Supervise Property Management Operations.

Prepare Operations Results for the Shareholders.

Qualifications

A degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business is preferred. With an entrepreneurial sense.

Candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant work background.

Experience in contract review and administration (property-related).

Ten (10) years of experience in the same field.

Understands finance and financial reports. Has experience in financial modeling, budget and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.

Active listener. Strong analytical background.

Extensive knowledge in Property Investments.

Ability to self-manage and lead team members to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
