TheProperty Engineeris responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all building facilities and systems while supporting property management by overseeing technical operations, addressing facility-related concerns, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, generators, and elevators
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and efficiency
- Conduct regular facility inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and supervise necessary repairs
- Lead and supervise in-house maintenance personnel and outsourced service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining permits, certifications, and life-safety system readiness
- Monitor utility consumption and support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Plan, manage, and oversee property improvement projects, emergency responses, and technical works within budget and schedule
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least one 2-3 years of relevant experience in Property Management.
- Must be a licensed engineer (ME or EE)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with office management skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work onsite (Possible Project site: Cainta, Rizal, Sta. Mesa, Pasig, Makati, Mandaluyong)
