Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Pasay. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in assessing and acquiring properties, providing expert advice and market insights, conducting property viewings, and managing negotiations. They will also develop client relationships, maintain market knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying client needs and offering tailored property solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in sales techniques, property market research, and negotiation
• Knowledge of real estate laws and market trends in Pasay and surrounding areas
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented work approach, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation, discipline to work independently, and ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in property consultancy, real estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills
