What you will do:

• Manages and enhances store assets by handling lease renewals, rent negotiations, closures, relocations, and renovations.
• Conducts trade area studies and profitability analysis to manage strategic site decisions on lease terms with lessors and LGUs.
• Collaborates with the necessary departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts, renovations, and special projects as within timeline & budget.
• Develops and maintains strong networks with lessors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to drive successful property strategies.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, or any related course
• At least 2 years experience in asset & property management, preferably in retail/ QSR. Also open to fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent problem-solving ability
