Job Description

Conduct periodic inventories to keep records current and ensure that P&E is properly accounted nationwide;
Assist the employees on P&E inquiries, concerns and provide guidance as needed;
Conduct physical audit for the transfer or relocation of P&E;
Conduct physical audit for the accountabilities turn-over of a resigned employee;
Provide list of accountabilities requested by departments or employees;
Support on the Equipment Service Request queries from sites and other projects nationwide;
Monitor and consolidate P&E subject for return from sites and other projects nationwide;
Prepare Monthly report on replaced and for return P&E from sites and other projects;
Conduct internal inspection for damaged P&E and process possible warranty/insurance claims (if any);
Inspect and monitor physical inventory of P&E subject for disposal;
Handle inventory record of all Vehicles;
Prepare Vehicle Information and Inspection Reports from date of delivery and update the P&E Accountant for any changes or relocations;
Monitor the in and out of P&E in premises (if borrowed or rented);
Ensure all Company properties are well-maintained and secured, reports to the management for any concern and/or any suspicious activities;
Monitor requisition (CER/PR) to avoid multiple issuances of P&E;
Assure completeness, compiles and maintain the P&E documents.

Minimum Qualifications

College graduate of any 4-year degree.
Does not require any licensure. Having certifications is an advantage
Must have at least 1 year of work experience in Finance work, understands audit functions, logistics and fixed asset inventory management.
Work experience in managing large data/numbers (creating report forms from scratch and maintaining & monitoring of reports)
Work experience in a similar work environment is an advantage.
(Fixed asset auditing/accounting experience)
