Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Pasig, requires a Property Accountant to handle financial aspects related to property management. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, maintaining accurate accounting records, and managing financial reporting for the properties under the company's management. The Property Accountant will ensure financial compliance while analyzing and streamlining financial processes to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Experience with Journal Entries and fundamental Accounting processes
• Strong background in finance and financial management principles
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus
• Previous experience in property management or real estate is advantageous

Salary offer - PHP 30,000.00 Basic Pay

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday / 8am to 12nn Saturday
