General Duties
This will include but not limited to the following:
Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts
Implementation of collection policy
Ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off
Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation
Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports:
Balance Sheet
Profit and Loss
Collection Efficiency
Accounts Receivable Aging
100% BIR returns and other government agencies within deadlines
Income Tax Return
VAT Returns
Withholding Tax Returns
Assist in preparation and review of annual budget
Management of handled property expense thru compliance with set procurement and disbursement process

Education
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Experience
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 3 yrs. & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Experience in customer service field is an advantage
