TheProperty Accountantis responsible for managing the financial operations of the residential property, ensuring accurate accounting records, proper cash flow management, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily accounting operations of the property including billing, collections, payables, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget variance analysis
- Monitor and manage association dues billing, collections, and aging of receivables
- Process and record disbursements, ensuring completeness of supporting documents and proper approvals
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, BIR reportorial requirements, and audit standards
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure readiness of financial records for internal and external audits
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and management reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA license is an advantage)
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Property or Condominium Management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Knowledgeable in Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and accounting/property management systems
- Willing to work onsite in San Juan City and Santa Rosa, Laguna
