Project Management

Act as Project In-Charge for assigned projects, overseeing fabrication, installation, and on-site coordination.
Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate closely with clients, designers, production, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety and design standards.
Resolve any project issues, delays, or technical challenges that may arise during execution.
Ensure handover and project documentation are properly completed after project completion.

Documentation & Reporting

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in estimating and project supervision within signage, construction, fabrication, or fit-out industries.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and construction processes.
Excellent analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
Can work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
With strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across teams and clients.
