As a Metering Staff member under Metering - QA, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance audits on metering outputs and installations . In this role, you will validate newly installed meter details handled by third-party logistics (3PL) contractors, review and verify new customer records before endorsing them into company systems, and audit photo documentation against removed meter readings .

- Quality Assurance & Verification: Perform quality assurance reviews of metering outputs and validate installed meter specifications completed by third-party logistics (3PL) contractors .
- Reading & Photo Auditing: Audit and verify the accuracy of reported meter readings against uploaded field inspection photos and documentation for removed meters .
- [Quality 1]: Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: Exceptionally sharp in cross-checking numerical meter readings, photographic evidence, and technical specifications for errors or discrepancies .
- [Quality 2]: Trainable & Eager to Learn: Quick to absorb utility quality standards, metering guidelines, and internal workflow systems .
- [Quality 3]: Productive & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital workspaces, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools to complete daily validation quotas .
- [Quality 4]: Integrity & Confidentiality Minded: Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and objective standards when auditing third-party contractor outputs .
- Education: Graduate of an Electrical Technical vocational course, Electrical Engineering, or any related electrical technical program .
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates; prior exposure to technical audits, electrical diagrams, or data verification is a plus .
